Jessica says it rains because of the fire in the sky (the sun). Then, firefighters turn on their hoses and try to put out the fire. And that's why it rains.
Tony liked a laugh. He would have loved to mess with the minds of his nieces Jessica, Dylan and Alice, and of the kids of his friends. But he never had the chance to meet most of this new generation.
